Alan has been writing poetry for about one year - he sometimes feels compelled to express his thoughts in verse, whatever form that may take. Sometimes funny, serious or just absurd, he sees no limitations in the matter of subject or inspiration. He lives in Dennistoun and has many other interests which occupy vast amounts of his time and energy.

The mapping of home territories soon will be consigned to bedtime stories.
Erase; Erase One hundred billion days of life diverse from evolutionary ways.
An irreversible loss. An irreversible loss. How many people give a toss?
Our global progress is measured in dollars and pounds. To future generations, how will this sound?
If humans were the last creatures on Earth to stand, what more of it’s resources would we probably demand?
Extinction will be the end. Whatever next to this planet... would Charles Darwin send?
