Seeds of Thought evening - Hosted by the Seeds of Thought group and featuring guests, this is a fun, relaxed evening of spoken word, acoustic music, dramatic sketches and open mic for those who want to share in the fun and easy-going spirit of the evening. A diverse range of acts from traditional african 'Mbira' music, spoken word electronica, comedy, visual presentations and featuring exciting live poetry and music talent from Glasgow and beyond. the events normally take place in the CCA.

This provides a performance opportunity (for all the family) in the Secret Garden at Tollcross Park, or in the Winter Gardens when wet or cold. Meets on the first Saturday of every month at 1.00pm and tends to finish around 3.30pm. Share something you've written, read us something you like, or just sit back and enjoy the show. Both performers and audience made most welcome. The Cafe in the Winter Gardens serves refreshments during the break at 2.15pm. |
